All transactions are in £ sterling. Payments are made via credit or debit cards, subject to authority from the card issuer. Most major credit / debit cards are accepted.
When placing your order over the internet, your details are transmitted over a secure Sagepay network connection and we have no visibility of your card details, ensuring your personal protection. Your email address will be added to our mailing list so we can keep you up to date with the latsest Tomato Stall news and special offers. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time, either at the bottom of the newsletter or by emailing us directly [email protected]
If for any reason you are not satisﬁed with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours by phone or email and we will provide a refund or exchange.
Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 2 working days of receipt of goods.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, you may do so up until 5pm the day before dispatch. This may be done by telephone or email.

By law you must be over the age of 18 to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us you are confirming you are at least 18 years old. You will also be able to present appropriate ID upon request by our courier or driver, such as a passport or driver’s license as verification of age upon delivery of the goods. Failure to do so will lead to the goods being returned to us.
If you are buying as a gift, your recipient must also be 18 or over and be subject to proof of age on delivery.
Reward Scheme Terms & Conditions
You’ll earn 3 rewards points for each £1 spent on qualifying products purchased from thetomatostall.co.uk. Points will also be awarded for participating in activities as we shall from time to time advertise.
Rewards points have no cash value and will not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Reward points can be used for full or partial payment for orders placed on our website.
Membership Rewards points cannot be issued retrospectively for purchases placed prior to becoming a member of the programme.
Any refund of products purchased using Reward points will be made by crediting the applicable number of points back to your account.
The Tomato Stall is under no obligation to award points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.
We reserve the right to alter, amend, or discontinue the reward scheme at any time and without prior notice.
