Tangy Fried Green Tomatoes with Omed Aged Moscatel Vinegar
Never let your green tomatoes go to waste and try this incredibly simple & tasty dish
Wash the tomatoes and cut into four slices. Add a splash of oil to your pan and heat until slightly smoking. Add tomatoes and turn occasionally until you get a charred appearance. Just before removing the tomatoes add the Moscatel Vinegar and allow to cook for a few seconds. Add your tomatoes to a plate, season to your taste and add a splash of Arbequina oil. Finish with chopped mint and yogurt.
