La Tua Artisan Basil and Ricotta Ravioli 250g
La Tua is an authentic artisan pasta maker that specialise in making fresh pasta in the vein of Italian tradition. Just like us, La Tua first sold pasta at farmer’s markets, including the famous Borough Market, and soon became the pasta makers of choice for many of the top restaurants and hotels in London and beyond.
Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg content (30%) and thanks to a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, holds the cooking very well. This tasty filling is made using Fresh Basil, creamy Ricotta Cheese and Italian Hard Cheese. Try it with simple Oil and cheese or with our lemon butter sauce. A very simple combination that becomes a real treat!
Keep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened consume within 3 days. Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen. Shelf life expectancy 3+ days.
