To enjoy this smokey, sweet North African dish just pour the sauce into a deep frying pan and heat through. Make two wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each. put a lid on the pan and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes or until the eggs are cooked. Serve with warm flatbreads.
- Try with tofu & spinach for a vegan twist.
- Medium spiced so you can add more of a kick if you like it super spicy!
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
