- 1kg of Small Mixed Speciality Tomatoes (plum & cherry types) - Keep some aside for snacking whilst cooking!
- Two handfuls of basil
- Sea salt, ground pepper & chilli flakes to taste
- Two tablespoons of Olive oil, plus some for serving
- 250g prosciutto
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 200g burrata cheese
- 100g grated parmesan
- 500g spaghetti
